At Honeys of New Zealand, we take pride in the quality of our premium mānuka and floral honeys. If your order arrives damaged or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the product arrived damaged.
- 2.Approval & Instructions
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.
- 3.Package Your Honey
Ensure the honey jars are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit and include your RMA form inside.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
